Had to get on here for a review I had someone rear end my brand new Chevy equinox and I brought here because they do Chevy and use Chevy parts mainly because I was under warranty. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable especially David. They completely negotiated with my insurance company and had everything done when they said they would. My car looks amazing. They found some things the insurance company didn’t or didn’t th8nk about and had them cover it in the estimate. If yo7 need any bodywork paint jobs a1 glass and body in west palm beach Florida is the only place to go. Thank you David and staff for being so helpful and honest. All work is guaranteed for the life of vechicle for as long as you own.

I’m normally not one to leave bad reviews, but I’m still dealing with this, so I felt it was necessary. I was in a car accident on 06/21 and had my car towed here, due to the mostly positive reviews. The damage to my car was fully on the driver’s side and front panel. It took about a month to get my car back, which is understandable, and I was happy to find that they fully repaired the damage from the accident. However, when I picked up my car, I had a massive crack in my windshield that did not stem from the accident. I checked with the tow company and they provided photos showing that my windshield was NOT cracked when they dropped it off. Unfortunately, my windshield was cracked in the care of A1. I reached out to the body shop and my insurance to figure out next steps. The body shop is not taking responsibility for cracking my windshield, which has left me with new out of pocket costs to deal with. It bothers me that they will not address the damage that happened to my car, while it was in A1’s possession. This may have been just bad luck, but I can’t fully recommend this body shop, knowing that my car has NEW damages that they will not take responsibility for. The fir

Went to A1 Body and Glass through my insurance company, Taylor was very helpful and called me literarily everyday for an update on my vehicle which i greatly appreciated. Whenever I called to ask a question either Taylor or Oscar was always able to answer my questions, the only negative comment I would have to mention is that it took my vehicle allot longer than I thought it would (2 Weeks). Overall they did a great job on my car door, and the pictures can speak for themselves.
